Ron served in the marines but his military records were lost and removed months after he was accused of arson, because of bad players claiming he was dead or incarcerated for life. At Ron’s sentencing of his false arson conviction, his assertion of military service was introduced by his attorney (contrary to the will of Ron and his friends), which was later used to allege that Ron lied about his military service (because of his military records having been removed).

Arson Case

Arson Court Case #181701041: “STATE OF UTAH vs. RONALD WAYNE MAKIN.”

The fire was on May 19, 2018.

The “trial” was in 2022. Ron was convicted without any evidence ever presented for or against him.

Sentencing: Wed, October 12, 2022, for a crime he didn’t commit and there was no evidence against him.

Restitution hearing: Wed, Nov 23, 2022

Due to the overextending financial demands of this case, Tom’s banking privileges have been put at risk repeatedly, as he is intent on saving an innocent man’s life. Tom’s only secured income is $847 a month social security. Ron’s disability income and limited, part-time labor is not much better. Thank you for your help!
